Hey there fellow bakestress! Did you have the number pan for this or did you use a sheet pan and cut it out yourself? I have an order for a number 16 cake wanted some advice! Also the cake that I am making will only be covered in frosting and I am noticing that the number 2 cake you did looks like it was coverdd in fondant....Was it complaicated with all the curves on the number 2?
